
Growing up in San Antonio, Jane Martin’s lifelong passion for architectural history has led her to become a seasoned explorer, traveling extensively throughout the world, including graduate studies in Italy.
Introducing visitors to the architecture, art and history of her hometown and surrounding locations energizes Jane to keep learning, not only about the past, but presenting the current and future facets of each place. Jane holds a BFA in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston.
She currently teaches History of Architecture at San Antonio College, is a Certified Professional Guide, Certified Tourism Ambassador and serves as a Docent Emeritus Ambassador at the McNay Art Museum.
